Returns & Refunds

1. All ammo sales are considered final ! (NO Exceptions)

2. All firearms carry a full manufactuers warranty. We are not a factory repair station and will not accept or take back any firearm that may be defective. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the manufactuer for any repairs. Any warranty shipping charges to the manufactuer are the responsibility of the purchaser. No refunds for shipping will be made by us. (NO Exceptions)

3. We understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection, however any defect in your firearm after receiving the firearm is handled with the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy).

4. We do not accept any returns on scopes or electronic devices. Please contact the manufacturer of the product directly for replacement or repair.

5. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be received within 10 days and have a Return Authorization Number given by us.

6. Cancellation of an order is subject to a 15% fee along with a 3% credit card fee.

(The credit card companies don't refund us the fee we are charged because you changed your mind on the purchase).

7. Some states may have restrictions on what you can purchase. Don't order anything that may be illegal for you to purchase or own. NO REFUND will be made for someone trying to make an illegal purchase! No Exceptions!
